What Would You Like To Bring Into The New Year? - Mindful Moment Monday
Hello and welcome to our final Mindful Moment Monday for this year.
Let’s find a comfortable seat and settle in.
Breathing into this moment. Open up your awareness. Listen to the sounds around you. Feel the breath as it enters your body and naturally releases.
Bring your focus to now.
As we bring this year to a close, what would you like to bring into this new year?
Peace?
Love?
Courage?
Freedom?
Security?
Maybe the simplicity of a mindful heart and an attitude of gratitude is the key we’re missing.
Mindful presence gifts us the beauty of the moment. We get to experience Life as it’s unfolding.
Our hearts open to what is; receiving, welcoming.
Our attitude, is a our choice.
Gratitude embraces what is. It invites us to appreciate each moment and each detail of offering.
We have peace, love, courage, freedom and security at our finger tips.
We are complete, whole.
You are capable. You are worthy. You can do this.
Breathe in what you want to experience.
Let’s breathe in peace. Welcoming its calm, rest, equanimity and resolution.
Let’s breathe in love. Welcoming its warm embrace, trusted encouragement and tenderness.
Let’s breathe in courage. Welcoming its strength in the face of challenge, its subtle tenacity and boldness. Choosing to fear less.
Let’s breathe in freedom. Welcoming its expansiveness, clarity and resolve.
Let’s breathe in security. Welcoming its grounded inner state, confidence and assurance.
Our mindful hearts open…. Receiving.
On a personal note, sharing these weekly moments with you all has been a treasure. Writing and vocalizing these thoughts is cathartic and a gift. Thank you for you reading and listening. If you’d to support our mindful moments together with a gratitude offering, there is a link to my website where you can choose a level of support if you feel lead.
For our last few breaths together, we will sit in silence. I invite you to open your hearts and receive this present moment.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Signing off for this year with love and gratitude from my heart to yours.
Heidi
