I invite you to take a deep breath and step into the presence of this moment. Here, pole artistry meets the art of mindfulness. When we welcome this practice into all areas of our life, we elevate our experience. Your journey into mindfulness may begin on the pole, but it is my hope that this practice will weave its way into your everyday Life. This page is dedicated to our journey within. Find your mindful flow by diving into meditative movement, mantras, and meditation. You are free to have the experience that you’re looking for, and it all begins one breath at a time.
The classes, technique and concepts presented here are suitable for everyone. Whether you are rehabbing from an injury and want to take a more conscious approach to re-introducing Pole, the elite level athlete wanting to up their game by sinking into the deliciousness of flow, For the season dancer looking for a new way to practice and challenge their current frame of thinking, to the brand new student curious about what all this means.
