Take a minute and find a comfortable position. Adjust to fit the needs of your body in this moment.

Begin to notice your breath.
Consciously choose to inhale a little longer and a little deeper.

Take a moment with your eyes open, look at your surroundings.

While still connecting to your breath, notice and observe.
