I’ve just launched a new course called, The Mindful Mover! I have been working on this for a while and am so excited to finally share it with all of you… And can we talk about this timing?
Now is the perfect time to dive into Mindfulness!
The Mindful Mover is an introductory look at mindfulness and how to apply it to our pole practice. You all know how important it is to be connected to ourselves and to enjoy each and every moment possible. It’s my goal to help guide you into a deeper look at our practice.

How I use this Practice
Connecting to our Breath
Integrating this Practice into our Pole Practice (with guided movements)

Its May! That means Mother’s Day! Please share your gratitude, love, and appreciation for those pole mommas out there! And let’s extend that to all women who have been role models in our lives. Whether you birthed a human, raised a fur baby, or stepped into a role of love and support for a pole baby! We send you a heartfelt ’Thank You’ and ‘Happy Mothers’ Day’!

Dance. Whether it’s in the studio with a pole, or in your kitchen to your favorite tune, it reaches the depths of our soul and helps us to express our emotions and feelings. It helps us process and release our worries and traumas. It’s our Vitamin D! Remember, we are also in a dance with Life. It’s the Ultimate dance partner! And when we let our partner take the lead, we can follow with ease and flow. We may be clumsy at first, but with time and practice, we will glide with Grace. Put your trust and belief that Life has our backs and knows all the steps! Relax into the rhythm and dance with your heart!
