One Powerful Practice - Mindful Moment
Hi friends and welcome to this Mindful Moment.
Today’s practice is short but powerful.
Let’s settle into a comfortable position.
Closing our eyes and pause.
Let’s take a deep breath in through our nostrils and out through the mouth.
Again, deep inhale through the nose and let the exhale go out of the mouth.
Last time, inhale through the nose and out the mouth.
Allow the breath to return to normal and settle into your natural rhythm.
Let a hand rest on your belly.
Notice the gentle expansion.
Feel the slow release of the breath.
Place a hand over your heart.
Notice the slight lift and fall of the chest.
Feel the connection of your hands to your body.
Connect to the sensation of your breath moving as it moves through your body.
Breathing.
Feeling.
Connecting.
Feeling centered.
Peaceful.
Grounded.
See if you can allow your body to relax into this moment.
Stay in this practice as long as you need.
And Remember that this calm and connected relaxed feeling is available to you at all times.
