Let’s Talk Technique, Twisted Grip Edition.

For so many pole athletes, the Twisted Grip is a great accomplishment but also, sometimes a source of frustration. In this Masterclass, we’re going to go over the finer details and techniques that go into a successful, strong, and technically sound Ayesha.

This class is great for those who are starting from square one and at the beginning of their Twisted Grip Journey, for those looking to improve their Handspring, and also for the Instructor who is looking for a few more details to add to their student’s repertoire.

There are many thoughts and techniques related to this move, and depending on our personal strength and body type we may make adjustments to some of the techniques offered here, but this is a foundational course to give you a better understanding from my personal perspective!
