Pole Sit to Cartwheel Dismount Off Pole

Pole Sit to Cartwheel Dismount Off Pole

$5.99

This tutorial starts with the prep work for a cartwheel dismount off the pole from a pole sit. Think of sitting on the pole as our beginning stance and then finishing the cartwheel to the floor. Great for former gymnasts, but no gymnastic background required! It does help to have a knowledge and familiarity with a regular floor cartwheel. We begin our work with a grounded exercise and then slowly progress, taking the move step by step.

As there are several stages of development, this tutorial is recommended for the intermediate student and up, even though this is considered an advanced move. This video contains freeze frames, slow motion, verbal breakdown, prep work, and demonstrations on both sides.
