During this class, we’ll use guided breathwork in combination with our movement practice to bring about a magical connection between the two. Learn to access new levels of awareness. We will not focus on tricks, but how to really dive into the details of how our body moves and reconnect to our practice. This is great for those in rehab for injuries, building focus, creativity, finding flow, and learning how to use your breath. This class crosses all levels, ages, experiences, desires, abilities and more!
